Ensuring that the offshore spreads are prepared and ready for operations, with particular attention to certification, bridging documentation, SIMOPS, and safety assurance processes as part of the vessel readiness process.

Responsible for ensuring that the installation spreads have full support in terms of logistics, transportation, safety, and certification.

Supporting the POM in his role and responsibility.

Attend daily calls with vessels.

Review the offshore installation procedures as prepared by the project engineering team, including risk assessment sessions.

Assist Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and mobilization activities for vessel readiness. Ensure project equipment is mobilized in an efficient and timely fashion.

Liaise with regional and group departments, such as OR, Survey, and ROV, for any specific requirements related to the project’s operation, in terms of crew, equipment, and spares.

Develop and issue a requisition for the supply of operations and logistics dedicated equipment.

Follow up on the effective delivery of items required with SCM buyers.

Supervise material tracking activity through the project’s material tracker, and ensure equipment inspection, readiness, delivery, tracking, and demobilization.

• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
• Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the specific scope of work
• Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of mechanical construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the dependent teams
• Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems
• Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity
• Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization
• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works
• Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating manhours and cost estimates for scope of work changes
• Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring
• Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
• Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists activities at site
• Manage the technical and administrative documentation
• Ensure the achievement of the MC certificate according to priority and systemization done by commissioning, being responsible for certification and punch list clearance

• Spool Base Operations Engineer based on Lobito Spool Base, Benguela, Angola
• Welded assemblies activities coordination such as: Steel Works design check, Review and Approval IFA, Steel Works MTO Drafting for Requisition, Site Steel works Activities Follow up and Organization, monitor compliance with specification, practices, quality assurance/control QA/QC policies, Performance Standards, cooperate and communicate with the Project Manager and other Stakeholders to provide technical support, review engineering results, and initiate appropriate proactive/corrective actions
• Size and Construct the Water Network and Air Network of the Lobito Spool Base
• Spool Base Operation Engineer designated for coordination and management of the Heavy Equipments Such as: Wheel Loader, Telehandler, Excavators, Cranes and support all the operations in Spool Base to avoid downtimes in Spool Base
• Suppliers Activities Coordination and Follow-up such as: Technical Specification, Drafting, Tender and Supplier Selection, Site suppliers' activities coordination and follow-up
• Use feedback from previous Spool Base Project
• Reporting to internal clients
• Logistics follow-up
• Drawings issuance follow-up
• Planning and Progress follow-up
