  • Implemented an integrated Talent management process and framework. This has translated into the classification of the talent pipe identifying scarce, critical and core skills. This is in the initial stages of implementation.
  • Graduate Development Program -Successfully introduced a graduate programme as a tool for transformation employing only Designated groups candidates- in progress.13 Graduates will complete training in June next year(18months programme)
  • Re introduced the Cadet Pilot development Programme as a tool for Transformation. 11 Cadet Pilots have completed training and placed at Feeder airlines.
  • Introduced an Internship programme and created a pipeline for the Graduate programme through this programme.
  • Implemented a companywide Customer service training programme. Phase 2 with modules addressing all customer service touch points is in progress.
  • Facilitated a Values based Organisational Culture through embedding company's values in all training programmes and based the Recognition Programme on the Organisational values.

  • Introducing a Leadership Development Framework; identifying core competencies and a MYSAA way of management for entry and middle management.
