  • Responsible for all aspects of ERP (Natural Adabas is being replaced by Academia) replacement project delivery with 32 modules via 8 workstreams and vendor, team onboarding, training of staff, plan corrections, approach modelling, senior stakeholder consulting, run rate calculations, adjustment of work ways, special attention workshops, Go Live and Post Go Live management, reporting, governance and operational risk management on 4 different campuses.
  • Set up change management governance & plans, build alignment between project workstreams, ensure successful digital training solutions and manage ERP people focused risks
  • Collaborate with ERP software workstream teams and business impacted to conduct stakeholder maps, conduct high level change impact assessments per software module, co-create change plans with business stakeholders manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) handover during Go Live of new system - project team size approx 25 - 35.
  • Included in role, is management of training and communication lead and creation of website with all relevant information for impacted users.
  • Establish and drive alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
