I like to cook healthy meal and drinking herbal teas to make sure that I keep myself healthy. I am reading a book called  The boy who ran but not walk by Dr Karen Pape to educate myself about Cerebral Palsy because my son has it. Music sooth my soul so i listen to various kinds of music including R&B
