  • Achieved clean Audits for all 11 entities over all the years I was responsible for the Audits.
  • Implemented a new Chart of Account structure that streamlined reporting and forecasting.
  • Rebuild the loan book model in excel from scratch, with new and improved methodologies and efficiencies. Exco said it was a great improvement on prior models. This model is used to budget all revenue, sales, bad debt write-off, loan book size and number of customers.
  • Spotlight award for Excellence, 3 years in a row. GEM award December 2020 and Team award May 2021.
  • Setting up and managing new in-house Treasury function.
  • Creating and building an R100million plus budget from scratch, together with an allocation model that allocate across 50 business units which includes 80 services. (This was 1 of 5 budgets I had to complete during the same period). This budget also saved the CIO (Chief Information Officer over 3 weeks of work, when compared to prior year's budget cycle.
  • Working with the CEO, I had to create a new report with metrics (updated monthly) for a new division that was suitable for Top level management.
