I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and am well trained FOH as well as BOH. Although the majority of my career I was working BOH. I had the privilege to work with some great Chefs like Inge Meyer, Shannon Killian, Eric de Jonge and etc. I take pride in what I do and like everybody else I am not perfect but strive for it. I am also well trained in hygiene, haccp, staff issues, training procedures, communication skills, implementing systems and handling pressure. I am a hands on worker and like to be in control and know what is happening. I can also do service training, wine training and etc. I am well trained on POS systems like Micros, MYMicros, GAAP, Falcon,Clubmaster, Pilot, Aloyah and EasyPOS. I have the knowledge to link and create recipes and do all admin. I am computer literate. My skills include canapés, sauces, home cooking, curries, baking, creating new dishes, cutting and cleaning meat (witch I have a great knowledge of), filleting fish, etc. I do my own yield and well knowledgeable to maintain a foodcost and make GP’s.
