- I do the price checks with these buying groups on a 6-week cycle.
- I sort out all the claims and returns that I problematic on a 6-week cycle.
- I do the price increase with the buying groups when applicable.
- I must balance the pricing so that everyone makes money.
- I list all the new products with the relevant buying groups.
- I must build up a relationship with the Regional Managers in the buying group.
- I must have a promotional plan which can be given to the Sales Force for the implementation in-store.
- I have put in place an in-store feedback plan to show how the implementation of all the promotional activities mailed to the buyer weekly and he needs to answer to all non-compliance.
- Planning of visits to both the Areas.
