Projects:

Contributed significantly towards achieving company goals through strategic planning, implementation of new technologies, and alignment with business objectives.Support on Industrial projects, and ensure effective planning of the projects with the Quality and Industrial teams to meet the production outcome within the specified plant parameters.

Support Processes with Control Plans, supported by company guide control plans, written to support the plant flow, equipment and capability. The nature of the role is a balance between tactical quality management activities and hands–on operational control and line evaluation.

A key “get-right” will involving the improvement of the demand analytics capability of the company in order to improve forecasting performance through, amongst other, demand sensing.

Control of losses:

Involvement through a root cause analysis approach with cross-functional teams within the business to implement focused actions and to drive down costs associated with company losses due to quality rejections, downgrades and waste.

PRP’s:

Improvement through focused validations and verifications of CIP and COP, alignment with company practices with leadership and guidance. This including chemical validation and verification and driving down costs with regards to chemical spent whilst not compromising control plans.

Supporting Quality, industrial and Maintenance teams with clear and defined guidance, using a manual built off company procedures. This includes document verification and amendments. Verification and Validation of manufacturing processes and verification against control plans. Water – scope of operation and improvements including suppliers

Customer & Consumer:

Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the food service industry, Distribution centres and Sales, and focus with clear actions.

Nurtured a mature and motivated staff complement through continuous training and engagement forums, interacting with staff at all organizational levels.

Analyze operational files, to support in a collaborative manner, business KPI’s. Suppliers (external) – with assistance of external technical support

Audits -Support areas:

Support teams such as Food Service Industry, Sales, Distribution, Merchandising teams, R&D with technical expertise, to achieve business goals which includes external audits support to all the plants.

Support the SQMS program, supporting the SQMS lead, doing audits based on the company program.

General support to the cross functional teams, assisting the plant to achieve the business goals (consumer, customer, audit support, lead of industrial projects).

Research and Development:

Support the plant quality teams to implement and validate new product and processes. Support on Industrial projects, Processes, Improvement activities, as well as Improvement processes, and deliver an excellent support service cross functionally.

Monthly and weekly reports based off above activities

Travel:

Management and planning of traveling in South Africa and Africa.
