I have successfully engaged with new customers in a new territory and I have rapidly built rapport with key customers within the diabetes portfolio of Toujeo and Soliqua.
This also included arranging academic meetings, gaining new insights to targeting and segmentation of customers within this vast area . I have also engaged remotely with those customers that were willing to engage on the Veeva One CRM platform effectively .
Additionally operating across Business Units and collaboration with Medical, Product management , colleagues in my territory and the patient support programs.
As a new class of drug , continuous education on lipid management, patient characteristics and services to assist patients to drug access were priorities in launching and growing the brand .
Services and applications that were new to this customer base was also explained.
This experience also provided me with an opportunity for a stretch assignment and gave me value insights into understanding and implementing the marketing code , approval processes and SOPs in the development of marketing materials.
The role of medical and regulatory was also demonstrated. The role of BOS in making those materials available in the following formats RTE,IVAs and WhatsApp was also an added benefit and required strong communication skills and cross collaboration.
Learning the timelines required and taking accountability were key skills acquired.
