Summary

Currently, I am working for Usabco as a BI Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Manufacturing industry, providing BI support to internal and external stakeholders which include sales/distribution/manufacturing/etc and business owners. As someone who is polite, friendly and assertive, I am an effective communicator on all levels, and comfortably interact at Director level. I have completed both an IT Diploma and a Business Analyst Diploma, together with several various short courses ensuring that I remain abreast of changes and to effectively deliver on my daily basis and add value on pipeline projects. Through my experiences and training, I have developed my ability to design, develop, test and deploy BI solutions, gathering information, documenting business requirements, researching new developments and enhancements of business processes. Furthermore, I am a candidate who is self-motivated, driven to succeed and keen to learn new methods and approaches. Using our recently deployed SharePoint site as an example, I have designed and set it up as the company’s intranet site and integrated all BI solutions. I am tenacious and resilient and no task has been too big or too small to take on with the same amount of interest and excitement. I am a person who easily gets their hands dirty and will get involved at any point in the process, and comfortably considering other individuals opinions to best solution the task or project at hand.
