I have a keen interest in Renovations of Property. I have converted single home properties to multiple unit flats. Renovations are total upgrades from windows, roofs, bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.
Schools were all residential properties which I successfully renovated to accommodate 190 foundation phase learners. I planned and developed the playground area for the learners.
The Business Premises were residential properties which were converted to commercial . A coffee shop as well as an conference / events centre are awaiting certification by town planning.
