I am truly passionate about Nursing and love using it as a tool to make an impact on society which brings joy to have a patient smile as they leave the healthcare facility because they now feel better and healthier. I also believe that it is our duty to ensure that patients leave in a better state than they came in, both physically and mentally since nursing is holistically. My attitude towards life: In order to excel in anything, you need to take any task seriously no matter how small it is. It might be the one to open doors for you, so I believe in being at my level best and not grading the task I am given before me. Furthermore, I have a good track record of accuracy and reliability. I am positive, dedicated, driven, and loyal, with a healthy sense of humor. I get along with people easily, do not like conflict but however, solve problems as soon as possible. I am able to function well under pressure and can adapt to different environments. My acquired skills and previous work positions allowed me to understand the fine line between being a team player and being an independent individual, which is a valuable skill to be used in the workplace. In my free time, I enjoy adventurous outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. As a professional Nurse working in ICU, I learned to demonstrates critical thinking, initiative and expertise in patient care to assist patients in achieving optimum health, reduced hospitalization and increased quality of life. Leverages comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory to function autonomously in patient care, resource management and other areas of professional practice. Drives clinical, quality and cost effective outcomes for patient population by identifying best practices and targeting performance improvement efforts.
