Liaise with bookkeeper, send needed info.

Arrange for Letter of Good Standing.

Liaise with safety officers to ensure compliance on various sites.

All other admin related duties that the company requires.

Handling all commercial claims

Handling all personal claims ( apart from private vehicles)

*Pull client file and confirm cover / excess and extra notes on the file

*Send out claim forms

*Process claim form and register claim

*Liaise with insurer on progress of claim

*Liaise with client - providing feedback on progress

*Arrange vehicle hire when needed

*Handling of salvage

*Following up on salvaged items to see if it was allocated towards the initial claim.

*Handling queries
