• Offer first-class administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO’s) office.
• Extensive diary management and screening of calls.
• Fill the role of Property Portfolio Manager in managing various properties, property renovations, and investments.
• Oversee the company fleet, including the booking of services, and controlling logbook procedures.
• Manage all travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) immediate family.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
• Facilitate all appointments, meetings, events, and conferences.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, i.e., employees, suppliers, clients, investors, and professional teams.
• Managed the Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO) personal matters, i.e., Facilitating stock on private holiday homes, general errands, attending to family matters, dry cleaning, parcel collections, etc.
Complete and submit banking, accounting, payroll, and statutory applications (UIF, UI19, PAYE).
• Manage various human resources functions, including conducting interviews, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, advising on dismissal procedures, overseeing employee leave, etc.
Lead general operations of the Guest Farm Holiday Resort, including bookings, authorizing purchases, etc., on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
