- Leading a multi-disciplinary team and service providers of approximately 700 direct- and indirect employees consisting of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, production, rotating equipment, inspection, and engineering personnel, together with access, insulation, and painting labourers to achieve project milestones for front-end loading and execution of each TA
- Breaking down pre-existing “Silo mentalities” of various department leads’ to ensure collaboration in their daily activity execution and problem solving
- Ensuring safe execution of TA’s while restoring integrity of equipment within this allowed schedule of 71 days and managing budget's of R110 million per event
- On average approximately 120 pipe repair packages (5935 inches welded) and 10 vessel repair packages (14m2 weld build-up and 299m linear welding) were executed during these outages
- Renewal projects also formed part of the scope implemented by this team.

- Safely increase equipment availability and functionality through implementation of Reliability centered maintenance principles and developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies, conducting risk-based inspections (RBIs), executing general overhaul procedures in accordance to quality control procedures and eliminating unintended down time by proactively planning and scheduling equipment outages.
