As part of my 4th-year requirements, I had the privilege of completing a one-week course at the Community Law Clinic, where I gained valuable hands-on experience. This opportunity allowed me to develop essential skills required of both candidate attorneys and practicing attorneys.Compiling and drafting legal documents, including legal summaries, combined summons, and particulars of claim.
I had the privilege of completing a job shadowing program as a candidate attorney at Mahowa attorneys , where I gained invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and support staff, observing and assisting with various tasks, including legal research, document preparation, and client consultations.
