· Have a sales drive that assists to deliver Vodacom’s sales and service KPI’s.
· To ensure that Vodacom customers enjoy a “one stop shop’ experience.
· Promote, sell, and cross sell Vodacom’s Smart Technology solutions such as IOT, VFS, Fibre etc.
· Pro-actively support and partake in all pilot projects as the brand house for Vodacom.
· Own the customer’s end to end experience ensuring both Sales and Aftersales activities are rendered with passion and delivered per journey and workflow requirements.
· Have the ability to provide practical service inputs to ensure the best customer experience – whether technical, sales or service-related customer journeys.
