• Production and timely communication of correct and detailed technical information for exhibitors and suppliers.
• Assist with Event Team travel requirements where necessary.
• Responding to requests from sponsors and exhibitors pre-event and onsite
• Managing appropriate staffing levels during the event and at other busy times
• Consideration of health, safety and environmental issues and decisions
• Post show evaluation and reporting
• Closing off on invoices of all shows post event

- Conduct thorough reviews of advertising materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Address any errors or discrepancies promptly to maintain the integrity of campaigns.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, including delivery metrics, pacing, and optimization strategies. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the media house and advertising clients. Provide regular updates on campaign status, performance metrics, and any relevant developments. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
