I am a CTO/CDO-level technology and digital transformation leader with over 15 years of experience leveraging technology as a strategic growth enabler while strengthening governance, managing risk, and delivering sustainable business value. My career spans both public and private sectors, where I have led complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives that align digital investment with organizational strategy, operational performance, and customer-centric outcomes.
I currently serve as Managing Director: Digital Innovation & Technology at People, Technology, Processes Integrated (PTPI). In this role, I am accountable for driving revenue growth through digital innovation, shaping technology strategy, and overseeing end-to-end program and delivery execution across Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, business process transformation, bespoke application development, enterprise architecture, and managed services. A core focus of my mandate is converting technology capability into commercial and operational value while ensuring delivery certainty, architectural integrity, and risk-managed execution.
Previously, I served as Director for Business Architecture & Analysis at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, I was responsible for defining and executing ICT business strategy to improve national service delivery outcomes. I led the prioritization and delivery of high-impact digital programs, including mission-critical court recording technologies, enterprise workflow modernization, and SAP-based child maintenance solutions balancing transformation ambition with regulatory compliance, service continuity, and public accountability.
Earlier, at the Government Pensions Administration Agency, I established and led the business process management and business architecture capability as part of a large-scale modernization programme. I played a pivotal role in designing a new operating model and delivering secure digital channels that significantly improved benefit processing efficiency, reduced operational risk, and enhanced service access for pensioners and employer departments.
My foundation was formed at the South African Revenue Service, where I progressed through multiple leadership roles within the Modernization Program, delivering compliance, enforcement, and process engineering solutions in one of the country’s most demanding, data-intensive environments.
Throughout my career, I have consistently operated at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and governance, enabling growth through digital platforms, mitigating operational and delivery risk, and ensuring that technology investments translate into clear financial, operational, and service-delivery value. I hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and professional certifications in Project Management, TOGAF, COBIT, and ITIL.
