DUTIES

  • Ensuring the daily registers (Booking forms, indemnities, clipboards and other tools) are ready for the day's operation.
  • To capture and report the daily performance record data to management.
  • Receiving and answering guest inquiries at reception and how to direct calls to the relevant people.
  • Responsible for the daily tickets sales for the park and all water related activities.
  • Collecting payments from customers for the park tickets, including cash, credit card transactions and EFTs.
  • Checking the validity of guest tickets prior scanning them through the turnstiles.
  • Prepare shift report for daily ticket sales and do reconciliation at the end of the shift.
