  • Facilitated training on health facility operational plans and monitoring progress on implementation of such plans.
  • Supported health care workers at the clinic in tracking progress on implementation of information systems run charts, action dashboards and activity trackers.
  • Compiled monthly/quarterly health information on performance of clinic and provide feedback to health care workers regarding performance on set indicators and data quality on all health programs.
  • Conducted routine analysis of health information from DHIS2 using Excel to support health care workers in using data and evidence-based models to make health delivery decisions.
