I started at 5km and ran several park runs, improving my time from 35 minutes to 29 minutes. I then moved to 10km, where I also improved on my time. The next milestone was 21km at 2hrs 10 minutes. I love it.

I read different types of books (on-line & hard copies), from academic journals, mystery stories, short stories, as well as leadership books and audio.
