Responsibilities:

Plan and manage fibre-related projects, including:

• Fibre projects for the ME
• FTTH projects.
• Backbone projects.
• Repayable projects.
• Perform the PLO function duties when planning activities are executed by service providers.
• Execute RFO function to ensure projects meet operational and handover.
• Investigate and release CBS orders.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess feasibility and requirements.
• Estimate Bill of Materials for planned projects.
• Update all systems (Netplan, BPM, and Webtool) during planning and integration.
• Align planning with build teams during project execution.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to Openserve's service standards.

Responsibilties:

• FTTH installation (Drop fibre, ATN, ONT and splicing)
• FWA installation (SU, POE, Router and cart 6 cable).
• Perform troubleshooting of faults on wireless network system and Routers.
• Preparation and repair fibre connection at slimbox and ATB which at sometimes are caused by poor workmanship, defective, environmental activities, normal wear and tear.
• Replace faulty ONT due to several activities such as power outage, failure, defective and factory fault.
• Assist customers in helping them how to report faults using the Openserve tech app and to re-load prepaid vouchers.
• Doing fibre marketing

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of transmission and switching systems, SDH, SDH (New Gen), Microwave, Metro Ethernet, EWSD and FTTH.
• Perform troubleshooting of faults on microwave network system, Metro Ethernet services for mobile and other clients.
• Diagnose and repair software and hardware of different system on transmission network, Microwave, Metro Ethernet, SDH, GPON, MSAN, OLT and OLS.
• Implementation of 5s on work sites and working stations.
• Routine maintenance on transmission and switching.
• Rectifier maintenance.
