Taking overall responsibility for the municipality, as a municipal manager I am the Accounting Officer responsible for:

I was responsible for all comprehensive roads and transport functions in the city, including the roads master plan


I further managed the implementation of the BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) system and oversaw roads and stormwater planning in the city. The function entails:
