  • Advise Departments on the completion of Annual HRD Implementation Plans and Monitoring Questionnaires.
  • Coordinate the submission of Annual HRD Implementation Plans and Monitoring Questionnaires.
  • Conduct quality assurance, analysis and produce an analysis report.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of generic training programme.
  • Liaise with Public and Private training providers on generic training programmes.
  • Advice Departments on the identified organizational, team and individual skills gaps.
  • Liaise with Departments in the identification of relevant officials for training programmes.
  • Compile and consolidate nominations for training programmes.
  • Organize, prepare and provide training facilities and logistics.
  • Develop and monitor policy guidelines on the implementation of HRD programmes in the Limpopo Provincial Government
  • Circulate the approved HRD policy guidelines to Departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HRD policies and directives.
  • Assist to coordinate review of policies.
  • Update Departments on the latest policies and directives.
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation.
