Accomplishments

I entered the potato budding chef's competition in June 2010 at the Culinary center of cooking at University of Johannesburg and won the 2nd place.

In 2011 I entered the Nestle mystery basket where we challenged different Hotel schools at the Michaelangelo Hotel.

In 2012 I got to teach and demonstrate about Tastic Rice under Tiger brand every weekend, mostly at weddings.The aim of this innovation was to teach wedding guests about the nutritional values we get from both Brown and White rice by cooking dishes that'll allow guests to have a taste.
