PLC’S MAINTENANCE AND PROGRAMMING, SCADA SYSTEMS (WINCC), SIEMENS SIMOCODE, FIRE DETECTION AND PREVETION SYSTEMS, NUCLEAR RADIATION, RADIO’S FOR A COAL WASHING PLANT. CARRYING OUT ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING, AND MAINTENANCE OF CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION EQUIPMENT SUCH AS SIEMENS TRANSDUCERS AND SENSORS, VALVES AND ACTUATORS, WEIGHING EQUIPMENT, AND GAS ANALYSERS FOR THE COAL WASHING PLANT. DEVELOPMENT AND REVIEW OF QUALITY CONTROL PLANS AND METHOD STATEMENTS OF INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS. DEVELOP ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS TO REPETITIVE FAILURES AND ALL OTHER PROBLEMS THAT ADVERSELY AFFECT PLANT OPERATIONS USING DATA ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES THAT INCLUDE: STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL, FAULT TREE ANALYSIS, 5 WHYS, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS, FAILURE REPORTING AND CORRECTIVE ACTION SYSTEM
