Diploma Information Technology, certification of completion for I have been a business analyst for the past 11 years and have worked and still is working with the business owners, system developers and IT managers; researching new developments and enhancements of business processes and systems. During these three years I have gained enormous experience in gathering information and integrating it into the IT system, document business requirements, process improvement, quality assurance and providing technical support to the firm and its clients. Currently I work as a small business co-owner in the flooring industry and was able to use my business analysis background to help move the business in the right direction, introduced new technology and process changes to save time and money whilst ensuring that the company delivers superior service to its clients. I was able to assist the business reorganize operations, automate tasks and install systems to help keep the business organized and to speed up administrative work. This role has allowed me to great interpersonal and communication skills, report writing abilities, an aptitude for analyzing data, and great business acumen. Furthermore, I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional consultant, who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems.
