I have worked for the most part on engagements in the financial services, FCMG, Machinery, Insurance and Telco industries. I have been involved in designing change management framework and Target Operating Model design and implementation I have had the exciting and challenging tasks, in collaboration with colleagues, to develop and implement a change management methodology in line with best practices.
