I am a Change Manager with over 18 years’ experience in the Change Management, Business Consulting, and Implementation disciplines. I am skilled in operational, Strategic, organizational, people management; analysis; and process improvement. I am experienced in change and project management methodologies, principles, and planning. I have worked for the most part on engagements in the financial services, FCMG, Machinery, Insurance and Telco industries. I have been involved in designing change management framework and Target Operating Model design and implementation I have had the exciting and challenging tasks, in collaboration with colleagues, to develop and implement a change management methodology in line with best practices. I consulted with senior (executive) management, and relevant stakeholders, embarking on a full change management strategy implementation My mandate was to grow the culture of change management on the ATM’s programme, improve stakeholder engagement acceptance, and increase the understanding of change management in an IT environment. I also have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. I have the ability of assuming responsibility and a proven track record of meeting commitments.
