- Assist finance department with invoice queries after goods been delivered and ensure that the finance report match with the one of procurement department
- Assists with account queries from AP (account payables)
- Amend purchase orders for Buyers
- Vendor management: capturing and updating supplier information ensuring upto date and reliable supplier database
- Maintain BEE Certificate database and assist with BEE audit and reporting for the procurement department
- Support the oversight of the purchase order approval process to ensure that the purchase orders are approved timely
- Negotiate pricing and products with suppliers
- Be part of the tendering process to determine the best suitable supplier and service providers, with the inclusion of all RFQ's and RFP's
- Obtain price quotation when required
