I am presently working at TTT Tax Services in Kloof full time. I do enjoy my Job as I get to interact with clients on all levels as well as work in a company as part of a team and constantly strive to challenge myself in all the work I undertake.

I work well under pressure, at my current job some of duties are to communicate with clients both telephonically and via email to keep them informed and updated with regards to their tax returns. I've had lots of experience when it comes to dealing with irate clients and have always been able to handle it in a professional, calm and quick manner. I have knowledge of E-filing and use it on a daily basis.

I am a good learner and will always ensure that anything I put my time into I will give it my utmost best. I am always willing to undertake new tasks and as mentioned before challenge myself.

Accomplishments at TTT Tax Services :

2021 - Received an Award for Exceptional Contribution in an Administrative Environment & was a part of our Top Achievers.

2022 - Appointed Team Leader.

2022 to 2023 - Joined our OPSCO Team (Operations Committee) which is a group of 5 people throughout the company who's job is to sit down and have monthly meetings where we would discuss what worked last year during filing season what didn't work, how we can improve on the office environment. Creating and managing new client forms or schedules to try make the next filing season as effective and efficient as possible.
