• Assist internal clients with contract requests
• Contracted Document Filing and Housekeeping
• Drafting of standard contracts such NDA, POPI, MSA, COE’s, and TD’s
• Engage with internal clients regarding all contract related matters
• Ensure that minimum required information and documentation are provided
• Ensure Documents are filed in right position and sequence
• Ensure files are clearly marked, labelled and numbered
• Ensure contracts are signed-off using the DocuSign System
• Linking SLA to the right Agreements
• Maintain and update Daily Contracts Work in Progress Spreadsheet
Receive and validate signed contracts
Provide contract information on request
Upload fully signed contracts in to the repository system
Provide copies of contracts to internal clients and supplier on request
Provide general guidelines and advise relating to the internal legal process
• To undertake all L&D administration relating to L&D events and learning activities
• Ensure that course information is sent to staff on time and to the required standard
• Provide the first point of contract for L&D queries and directs them to the appropriate L&D team member as required.
• Facilitate and consolidate Training Reports on monthly basis and send them to HRPB’s.
• Work Closely with HRBP’s to support the wider work of HR when required.
• Capture and process invoices on Ariba and facilitate the approval and payment thereof.
• Capture on SAP all training offerings for GT staff.
• Support the Learning and Development Team in organisation and administration of a wide range of learning and development activities, programmes (Foundation of Personal Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Investment in Excellence, Business Design, projects and processes including:
Bookings venues
Maintaining training rooms.
Liaison with internal facilitators
Arranging for relevant equipment.
Arranging refreshments and catering.
Producing high quality learning materials and documents
Maintain the list of preferred vendors and support their delivery
