I have solid experience in many disciplines such as trauma, neuro, renal, burns and more. I also have knowledge on cardiac output monitoring, CVVHD, ABG analysis and ICP monitoring. As shift leader, I assisted doctors with insertion of CVP, ICD, ICP and even laparotomies in the ICU environment. I enjoy doing on the spot training and sharing knowledge. I am a strong leader and good interpersonal skills. I am committed to excellence in my work. I have been a unit manager for since 2020, and had since then turned around both the unit, from being units with high staff turn around to units that have all positioned filled. I have also, since then, uplifted the skills of all staff with introduction to more advanced equipment. We had to nr 1 spot of highest survival rate in Gauteng during the Covid Pandemic. I am nearly completed with my course at Henley Business school, where I have uplifted my skills and knowledge to be a transformation leader.
