· Recruitment & Selection
Lead the development and execution of integrated HR and recruitment plans aligned with departmental priorities. Oversee vacancy management, conduct workforce analysis, and ensure recruitment processes—including appointment approvals, suitability checks, onboarding, and file management—are efficiently executed. Facilitate quarterly person-to-post matching and staff verification, and conduct exit interviews to identify improvement areas.
· Service Conditions
Administer employee benefits such as housing allowances, awards, overtime, leave gratuity, pensions, and resettlement allowances. Manage budgets, oversee leave schedules, and ensure compliance with policies to prevent errors and grievances. Conduct quarterly leave audits and interpret relevant legislation and policies.

Implement and monitor the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS), including setting performance agreements, conducting reviews, and generating reports. Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and oversee workplace skills plans. Facilitate induction programs and organize workshops on policy updates.

Promote and implement wellness policies and programs to support employee health and psychosocial well-being. Manage wellness initiatives, referrals, and events, and serve as a communication link for wellness activities. Collaborate with regional offices to ensure effective employee support.
