Introduction: I am a flexible, goal-orientated and caring person. I have 20 years experience in a managerial position, where I thoroughly enjoyed working with people. I was expected to support staff on higher levels to make sure they met their targets and I flourished in this role because I like to work in a team-setting. I am able to take instructions from all levels and try my utter best to build healthy relationships with my colleagues. I'm quick to learn and adapt to any job. My passion lies in motivating people and mentoring them, particularly marginalized groups, to become the best versions of themselves.
