• Warehouse Supervisor, Manage the daily shift operations, including customer planning requirements., To drive and deliver team culture., Consistently achieve established KPI’s for productivity and accuracy, Allocate duties to teams of the shift in line with day-to-day requirements., Arrange casual labour, if necessary, with the approval of senior management., Ensure vehicles are off-loaded and stock contents checked timeously as per booking schedule., Issue daily MHE checklists and ensure that the forms are correctly completed by the machine operator., Investigate all MHE faults and log a call., Hold 15 minutes team brief at the beginning of each shift., Correct non-performers trough counseling and discipline if necessary., Maintain leave roster. Authorize individual request., Manage time-keeping schedules for subordinates., Identify training requirements for staff and report to management., Prepare and monitor KPI’s daily.
• OMS Champion, Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain OMS, Engage site leaders in OMS, by training them on the OMS foundation, Regular reviews OMS implementation, Ensure alignment of site leadership team and clear understanding of OMS as an operating system, Drive OMS standardization at the site and contribute with the new ideas/opportunities, Support the site management team to establish and maintain an organisation that delivers, Maintain the identified KPI’s – ensure change are resulting in an updated KPI’s, Support the development and maintenance of the management review process and ensure the reporting input for the MRP, Ensure a target are properly set for objectives and KPI’s – support the maintenance, Ensure the R&R are aligned and approved by the site manager, Build up the TDM with site leaders and support the maintenance, Couch the leaders to follow the TDM and confirm routines and responsibilities are carried out in practice
• Assist Inbound/recieving, oversee quality of stock.
• Storage, clean housekeeping and safe storing. Communicate with Supervisors to maintain 5s
• Particpate in monthly and yearly stock counts.
• Keep track of all inventory reports, assist Inventory supervisors with finding any stock descrepencies
• Deal close with suppliers and clients on any work related issues.
• Ensuring safe packing methods are followed
