- Supported all 25 Clinics and 2 Hospitals; Reporting to our District M&E Specialist; Supervising a team of fixed and roving data capturers- Always ensuring that they are fully trained, know their KPA's and targets, then Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews for monitoring & support; Continuously implementing plans for improving data quality in all supported facilities, including conducting routine Data Quality Assessments and carefully monitoring the Action Plans resulting from the Assessments; Providing Quarterly routine feedback to all facilities through run charts and dashboards for easy understanding; Assisting the DOH SD Information officer to ensure smooth monthly collection of dispatches in all facilities and maintain the correct data flow, accuracy and adhere to timelines as per the DHIMS policy; Support Data Review monthly meetings to identify and correct gaps and inconsistencies between various data systems such as Facility Monthly Input Forms vs Tier.Net vs WDHIS etc.; Assisting Clinical Co-Ordinator with collection of Index Report. Develop Quality Improvement Plans with our QI Team for projects like the Viral Load SOP, then assist with Implementation and Monitoring progress of the SOP for poor performing facilities. Collection, Reviewing and Consolidation of all M&E weekly, monthly and quarterly reports before reporting to the District M&E Specialist, and our DOH counterparts; also Responsible for driving the Data Mop Up & Tracing exercise to ensure clients in the Missed Appointment Lists are zero where possible and increase our TROA to maintain a positive Net_New status- then document and share Challenges & best Practices with other supported facilities, my fellow Data Quality Officers and M&E Specialist.
