Department of Sports, Arts & Culture Golden Games - 

• to coordinate and structure UMKHOSI WESIVIVANE for over five days. Coordinated and planned infrastructure, sound & entertainment and delivered goods such as catering, seating set up, decor, public toilets, groceries etc.

The SMME Support Material For UMNGUNGUNDLOVU DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY- 

• Canndance media and events coordinated the SMME's. The aim of the event was to supply goods over the 7 district municipalities for a number of appointed small businesses in each municipality. All these events require a structural set up, catering and sound with a PA system. The goods bought to be displayed per individual.

Department of Sports, Arts 7 Culture cultural development UMKHOSI WAMAGANU - 

• an event held in KZN celebrating the first harvest of the marula fruit. A structural site with all the technical needs to accommodate the needs of the event was executed, the site required a number of marquees with a designated set up for its availability.

Department of Sports, Arts & Culture SOCIAL COHESION & MORAL REGENERATION COUNCIL - 

• an event coordinated by Canndance Media & Entertainment to set up for the provincial choral weekend with a seating structure for the audience, choral band structure, sound set up accommodating the choirs and catering.

• a sophisticated event planned and carried out to meet the needs and requirements of the department, a conference set up as per specification, a dinning area, private holding room for the Premier and a environment of safety.
