Junior Chairman of Rygersdal FC

Being the junior chairman of the football club gives me a fundamental purpose in bringing about joy and happiness to our junior members through football. Creating holistic environment where our junior members can enjoy themselves and also those wanting to become professional football players. Assisting and guiding young coaches to pursue coaching as a profession, is what i do and this creates shared value in the club growing through assisting the coaches and them gaining the necessary foundational skills required for experience. Hosting our annual junior tournament that's been in existence for thirty two years brings about a greater purpose.
