- Continually monitor resource requirements in the shift to changing conditions and lease with shift leader to balance resources to workload
- Advise the Shift Leader if there is a need to call out engineering specialists
- Support the training of team in operational activities and lease with other process supervisors on shift to solve cross sectional problems

- Ensure high standard of physical conditions in section and report abnormal activities/conditions to shift leader
