my experience working with a vast variety of learners from different backgrounds,has fine-tuned my understanding and respect for the art of leadership,i have gained skills in bieng able to break down information fairly and family,most impotantly, i have been able to spot the weakness and strengths of learners i engage with and give out tasks based on their most needed growth instead of only focusing on perfecting the skills they already have as part of their development lastly,leadership in my understanding requires an individual who canconsider feelings,growth with ease and that is something i believe i have mastered and would be honoured to share
