Professional liaison with Clients / new Clients, Prepare input for submission of tenders for new projects: proposals & fees / cost estimates, Carry out design assignment throughout various stages in terms of Government Gazette, Inception - project scope and risks identify, Concept and viability (Preliminary planning), Report Writing - quality and comprehensive, Competency with design programs (availability of software), Design Development - experience understanding and quality, Comprehensive and Quality of drawing and Bills of Quantities, Contract Documentation and Procurement, Co-ordinate all design related requirement including other services, for example:, Environmental approvals, Topographical and cadastral surveys, Geotechnical investigations and testing, Various permits required in terms of legislation, Land Ownership matters, Conduct contract administration (eg minutes and payment certificates) and site inspections as required on part time basis., Includes monthly report to and project close out.

·Portion 6 Florida Heights Integrated housing Development – I designed and drew the Bulk water and sewer details, such as valve chambers, Pump Stations, thrust blocks and typical road crossings (2020) R37.98m

· Nooitgedagt Coega Low Level Scheme Phase 3 – I was assistant Resident Engineer to the construction of the new flash mixer, settling tank, filter and the Clear Well along with its relevant pipework.(2020).R121.8m

· Nooitgedagt Coega Low Level Scheme Phase 3 – I was the project manager of the Pipeline Rehab, AC mitigation and Cathodic protection. R36.4m

· Kasane Water Treatment Works – I designed the water and sewer reticulation for staff cottages. (2020)

· Cameroon Hospital – I designed the water and sewer reticulation for the hospital, along the cost estimate for the job. (2020)

· Moshupa Sanitation Scheme – I did the cost estimate for Zone 7 and 8. (2020)

· Connection of Tswapong South Villages to Mahalapye Phase 2 – I designed the bulk water connection from the Mahalapye Treatment Works to the south villages (2020)

· Design and Construction of internal water and sewer, roads and stormwater reticulation, parking and building platforms, 144 high density units at Alexandra EXT 52 within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng Province – I designed the all civil services of the building. (2020)

· Baywest Village on Walker – I designed the Sewer reticulation (2021) R19m

· Bayworld Develoment :Upgrading and Creation of Bayworld Sanctuary and Park – I compiled the tender document and the cost estimate for the project.(2021) R17m
