Recently made a move to IT, where I used my knowledge gained to expedite incidents and resolve them ASAP. I’ve quickly acclimatized myself to my new environment, taking ownership of the incident management of FBH PCOE. In this role, I have been liaising with both IT and business personnel, helping to resolve issues speedily. I’ve learnt a great deal about the various FBH applications and the IT landscape over the years, and this has aided me to assist in resolving many incidents by myself. Being a conduit between IT and business, I have facilitated many discussions in order for both parties to have the same understanding of the situation and to formulate a solution. As a business owner, I’ve had to privilege to work with various stakeholders within companies, finalizing deals with the CEO to assisting the truck driver load the truck, all with the same professional smile , integrity and humour.
