  • We also make use of Jira to track the performance of our recruitment team by listing our tasks with the time completed to track role turnaround times and which stages of the process we are struggling with most and strengthen those weaknesses.
  • Creating job descriptions and managing full Indeed and Seek company profile, updating about company details and branding on job board platforms.
  • Ensuring that before any resourcing is done that all the necessary information required is provided such as expected start dates, budget for the role as well as priority of the hire and required competencies.

  • It is imperative that I know the area geographically and which hospitals belongs to which trusts and which hospitals have shifts and which types of nurses they require.
  • Sending all documents to the trust the candidate would like to work in and ensuring they get approved by the trust before they start working with the agency.
  • 360 recruitment, assisting candidates from their registration until they are fully compliant and approved in a trust.
  • Lastly booking them into shifts and keeping them compliant.

  • Being responsible for ensuring engineers globally are onboarded successfully, attended necessary training, provided all necessary documents and completed registration on ITARMI platform with personal details.
  • I used LinkedIn as my base for resourcing new engineers in different countries this allowed for mass recruitment.
  • The section of my role which had some sales included in it is negotiating travel cost with engineers and checking that the cost correlates with the distance travelled and adding markup.
  • Additionally, I also aided NCR corporation with regards to providing engineer details and travel cost and hourly or fixed cost for a particular task.
  • I ensure the job is added onto the platform and all data correlates with what is required.
  • I also ensure that all tasks which are opened and completed are closed and ready for billing.
  • Responsible for resourcing it engineers for much larger tasks such as projects across the world such as Brazil, France, Chile and United Kingdom.
  • Duties include filing all engineers documents, using a job tracker on excel to keep my work organized as I deal with great amounts of tasks to be resource, filled and billed.
  • If the customer has a bad experience with one of our engineers provided and escalates the matter I am then responsible for opening an investigation and ensuring the engineer provides a full report of the events on site I would also then provide the customer with a copy of the report provided by the engineer.
  • Once I have settled the matter with both the customer and engineer I would then take the necessary action when knowing which parties were at fault and then close the investigation.
  • This role required the following skills, attention to detail at a fast pace, organized individual, well-spoken, quick thinking for communicating with people of all languages, mass resourcing skills, negotiating skills, keeping track of mails and messages by responding to requests from customer or NCR corporation and executing tasks and providing necessary assistance.
  • Last but not least building relationships with engineers as well as the clients.
