  • In my first 2 years at FNB, I have been recognized and awarded the Precision & Execute Excellence award. Through data analytics, predictive modelling and sharp knowledge of leads generation/ other data sources, I have been able to help the bank increase sales in many areas where I have identified a gap and an opportunity. Through one of the successful proactive sales engine within FNB, my team won the overall Innovation Prize in 2014. Also, I was part of the overall innovation winners in 2015 (FNB MVNO), through my interactions and recommendations in the project run by FNB Connect.
  • Single handedly delivered the container load optimization project where I aimed at using business rules and logistics rules to plan multi product loads so the company can cut costs and not waste time manually calculating how many products can be loaded on the containers and trucks.
