• Contribute to and document QI implementation of best practices and innovations in order inform the change package and spread strategy.
Based at Ugu district of Kwazulu Natal province, Provide QI support to stakeholder teams, Analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, Support, and monitor quality improvement projects in stakeholder-based TB programme, provide technical assistance to stakeholder QI teams, by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify gaps in service delivery and to identify and set improvement priorities.
