· Support the development and refinement of the SRMNH program’s strategic initiatives, ensuring ongoing alignment with the DoH strategic goals and priorities;

· Translate objectives provided by the government, donors, and other partner organizations into clear activity plans, and provide guidance to the SRMNH team and DoH on prioritization of initiatives;· Collaborate closely with the DoH team/s and participate in all feedback and planning meetings to frame quality improvement, explore the latest evidence-based interventions, document successes and lessons learnt and contribute to the development of standardised project tools and resources

· Conduct data collection, and routine data analysis of national and program data through developing and maintaining programme databases and dashboards for performance monitoring and evaluation and to inform the development of assessments, training materials, reports, and other program materials to ensure effective program execution;

• Work within the Sexual Reproductive, Maternal and Neonatal health (SRMNH) program at Clinton health access initiative, supported Mpumalanga province with the following:

• Lead, conduct and monitor implementation of quality improvement training activities for all relevant staff, including DoH managers and frontline healthcare workers, and then continue to support and post-training mentorship and tracking of programmatic impact,

• Conduct regular program implementation, review and learning visits to program provinces to support district management and facilities (regional and district hospitals, community health centres and clinics.

• Develop and update program implementation workplans and ongoing review and modification to ensure delivery toward program objectives.

• Contribute to and document QI implementation of best practices and innovations in order inform the change package and spread strategy.

Based at Ugu district of Kwazulu Natal province, Provide QI support to stakeholder teams, Analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, Support, and monitor quality improvement projects in stakeholder-based TB programme, provide technical assistance to stakeholder QI teams, by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify gaps in service delivery and to identify and set improvement priorities.

Provide curative, rehabilitative, and holistic nursing care to different patients in designated specialized intensive care unit as per Unit and agency request.

Seconded at Limpopo Provincial Department of Health to coordinate HIV Counselling and Testing Campaigns within Limpopo Province, liaise with facilities, district, and sub-district information Officers and Provincial HAST team to provide day to day support in creating improved access to high quality HIV counselling and testing. Coordinate targeted campaigns and events for testing outside of public health. Collaborate with partners and all service providers to improve accessibility, uptake, and quality of HCT. Directly supervise, coach and mentor nurses and lay counsellors rendering HIV counselling and testing services within the province.

Placed at Hands at Work in Africa Organization in Mpumalanga to manage the Palliative Care/OVC program. Strengthen Hands at Work relationship with various stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate training for care workers within community-based organizations on health care aspects. Direct and supervise health care personnel. Perform administrative and managerial including taking responsibility for budget.
