Provide leadership and oversight in the planning and implementation of HTS and prevention programme for WRHI in Lejweleputswa District to ensure that PEPFAR targets and project goals are met, in line with the 95.95.95 strategy and NDOH HTS policies and standards

1. Programme Management of HTS Activities at a District Level

· Lead and coordinate successful implementation of HTS and prevention activities of the APACE programme (T/A and DSD) planning and implementation of programmatic activities to ensure that PEPFAR and DIP goals are met, at both community and PCH settings.

2. Stakeholder Engagement at District and Provincial Level

· Map out stakeholder database and coordinate engagement with external and internal stakeholders to ensure success and sustainability of the program

· Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with DoH, CBOs, NGOs and funders

3. Capacity Development, Quality improvement and Quality Assuarance

· Provide ongoing support through mentoring, coaching and supervision to ensure acquisition of knowledge and skills.

· Support district needs analysis, training plans and mentorship programs.

· Ensure that minimum standards are adhered to, in accordance with HTS policy and SOPs

· Constantly analyse and monitor data quality to ensure project success.

· Prepare quality reports and presentations for cluster managers, steering committees and funders

1. Responsible for all the Community Linkage activities in Ba-Phalaborwa Sub-District in line with the 959595 strategy and reported directly to the PHC Re-Engineering Manager

· Linkage to care between community Structures and Health Care facilities

· Conduct Community Mapping, stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Management

• Community Mobilisation
• Tracing of patients with treatment interuptions
• Facilitating stakeholder management activities in the Sub-District

2. HR Management of HTS Coordinators

· Directly Lead and supervise a team of HTS Coordinators

· Responsible for 53 Linkage Officers and Technical support for 156 DoH testers

· Responsible for recruitment and staff allocation, leave management, performance management of my team

3. Stakeholder Engagement at District and Provincial Level

· Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with DoH, CBOs, NGOs and funders

4. Project Monitoring and Reporting

· Constantly analyze and monitor data quality to ensure project success

· Prepare quality reports and presentations for cluster managers, steering committees and funders

1. Programme Management

• Oversee and manage implementation of Anova’s HTS support activities at facility and sub-district level

2. Technical Support

• Provide technical support to the sub-district re: implementation of HTS activities in line with 909090 District implementation plan (DIP)

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify critical programme stakeholders and develop a stakeholder engagement plan in the sub-district

4. Human resources

• Manage and provide leadership to team of HTS Community Linkage Officers (and other staff working on HTS) in order to ensure efficient project delivery

5. Reporting

• Manage sub-district aspects of project-related internal and external reporting

Community Outreach And Mobilization Coordinator

1. Responsible for overseeing and managing all the activities of Community Outreach, Mobilization and component of Project Accept as well as leading and supervising a team of Community Outreach Workers

2. Responsible for overseeing QA/QC for research Data and Mobilisation activities
