Over 13 years hand-on experience in HIV Testing, in PEPFAR funded environment. Instrumental in planning, implementation and successful completion of projects, training of trainers, community participation, community mobilization, motivational interview, RTCQI implementation and HR activities
Provide leadership and oversight in the planning and implementation of HTS and prevention programme for WRHI in Lejweleputswa District to ensure that PEPFAR targets and project goals are met, in line with the 95.95.95 strategy and NDOH HTS policies and standards
1. Programme Management of HTS Activities at a District Level
· Lead and coordinate successful implementation of HTS and prevention activities of the APACE programme (T/A and DSD) planning and implementation of programmatic activities to ensure that PEPFAR and DIP goals are met, at both community and PCH settings.
2. Stakeholder Engagement at District and Provincial Level
· Map out stakeholder database and coordinate engagement with external and internal stakeholders to ensure success and sustainability of the program
· Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with DoH, CBOs, NGOs and funders
3. Capacity Development, Quality improvement and Quality Assuarance
· Provide ongoing support through mentoring, coaching and supervision to ensure acquisition of knowledge and skills.
· Support district needs analysis, training plans and mentorship programs.
· Ensure that minimum standards are adhered to, in accordance with HTS policy and SOPs
· Constantly analyse and monitor data quality to ensure project success.
· Prepare quality reports and presentations for cluster managers, steering committees and funders
1. Responsible for all the Community Linkage activities in Ba-Phalaborwa Sub-District in line with the 959595 strategy and reported directly to the PHC Re-Engineering Manager
