· Lead and coordinate successful implementation of HTS and prevention activities of the APACE programme (T/A and DSD) planning and implementation of programmatic activities to ensure that PEPFAR and DIP goals are met, at both community and PCH settings.

2. Stakeholder Engagement at District and Provincial Level

· Map out stakeholder database and coordinate engagement with external and internal stakeholders to ensure success and sustainability of the program

· Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with DoH, CBOs, NGOs and funders

3. Capacity Development, Quality improvement and Quality Assuarance

· Provide ongoing support through mentoring, coaching and supervision to ensure acquisition of knowledge and skills.

· Ensure that minimum standards are adhered to, in accordance with HTS policy and SOPs


· Constantly analyse and monitor data quality to ensure project success.
