I am an experienced Occupational Therapist with medico-legal expertise since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience in functional assessment, rehabilitation, and expert reporting. I am trained in Ergoscience and have completed various professional development courses in medico-legal report writing, disability evaluation, and evidence-based practice.
Throughout my career, I have been subpoenaed to appear in court on multiple occasions, providing expert occupational therapy opinions in a variety of medico-legal matters. My experience includes assessing individuals involved in road accident claims, personal injury matters, medical negligence cases, workplace injuries, and disability-related claims. I am skilled in compiling clear, objective, and comprehensive medico-legal reports for attorneys, insurers, and the courts.
I have worked successfully both under supervision and independently, which has strengthened my clinical judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage complex cases. I currently practice as a self-employed Occupational Therapist and also serve as a consultant to various medico-legal firms and multidisciplinary teams.
My areas of expertise include functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments, activities of daily living assessments, assistive device recommendations, return-to-work planning, ergonomic assessments, and long-term care recommendations. I am committed to maintaining high ethical standards, delivering quality patient-centered services, and ensuring that my professional opinions are evidence-based and defensible.
I am deeply passionate about the Occupational Therapy profession and remain dedicated to lifelong learning, continuous professional development, and staying informed about the latest research, legislation, and best practices within healthcare and medico-legal practice
