Summary

ABOUT ME An enthusiastic, passionate, proactive and high achieving 26 years internationally experienced education, public health, environmental education, and disaster risk management practitioner with expertise in environmental risk & impact assessment, disaster preparedness & response, and climate change education. Besides registering a non- profit organization (Set Time Foundation) in South Africa, my passion to save communities from environmental & man-made hazards, and diseases also motivated me to acquire masters‟ degrees in disaster risk management and epidemiology I am quick to assimilate new ideas and concepts whilst demonstrating a logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems and issues. I am able to work well on own initiative while demonstrating the organization and prioritization required to achieve tight deadlines and deliverables. I am a motivational and inspirational leader who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team, and thrive in highly pressurized and challenging work or study environments. I am currently looking for a more challenging opportunity in environmental science, climate change and disaster risk education to further increase my expertise in this field for professional development.
