• Client Development: Identify, engage and development of new and existing clients

• My experience in the supply chain covers quantifying the impact of opening /closing a distribution centre (DC) and/or combining or separating a DC and production site
• Quantifying, challenging historical stockholding rules and calculating new stock holding policies
• On a plant level, projects would typically include calculating plant capacities, bottlenecks, development of more efficient layouts and site expansion plans
• On an operational level, projects would cover reviewing plant performances like overall equipment effectiveness, reducing truck turnaround time, improving utilisation of loading/offloading bays/warehouse space, reviewing maintenance on equipment and applying lean principles and mass balance exercise to minimise losses.
